Please note, most products require further selections after you click Get Quote. For example, quantity, paper options, and you will filter through some choices on finishing. Once you've made your selections, simply upload the content file, and add your product to the Cart. Then either check out or continue shopping.
If you are new to Blue Star Direct, you can browse the products and pricing without the need for an account. You can select products and add them to the cart without being registered. Only when you go to check out, will you be asked to log in or (if you are new to the site), register.
Once you have placed your order, it is immediately submitted to one of the Blue Star Production units, and generally production gets started straight away. However, if the order has not been placed into production yet, there may still be an opportunity to change or cancel it. Give us a call on 0800 464 565 and we'll check where it is in production and will do our best to help.
Login and go to your Order History & Status page to find your previous order.
All of your previous orders are displayed on this page. To narrow down the orders that are displayed, choose a time period from the dropdown list, or use the Sort by Field to select Order Date, Order Number, Status, Total Cost, or Due By.
To see the job specifications for an item in an order, click the item name.
To see the details of an order, click the order number. The Order Confirmation page opens and you can see additional information about the order.
A Reorder link is displayed next to the items in your Order History. Click Reorder to place another order for the item. After you do so, the shopping cart opens and you can check out as usual.
Simply click on the Login button, click the New user/ Register link and complete the Registration form.
Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the login box, enter your username and answer your security question. A new password will be emailed to you immediately, which you can then update to one of your own choice.
Go to My Account/My Profile and update any of the fields there (name, address, user name & password, email address, and security question and/or answer).
Payment is required at time of checkout, via credit card.
It is the final step, prior to placing your order.

Blue Star Print Group production businesses will only output top quality work.
We can not and will not compromise.
One of the requirements for a top quality job is that the artwork file it originates from is set up to the correct specifications for printing. Please ensure your file adheres to the Specification Requirements detailed on the Print File Info page.
If your Blue Star Direct job comes through for production and the file is not sufficient for producing a quality job, one of our prepress people will contact you. We will not go ahead a produce a job that you (and we) would not be proud of.
Yes - simply upload a file and save it to My Saved Files
If a service that you use for cloud storage is listed in the Add Files window, you can download content files from the cloud.
Before you can download files from the cloud:
For Google Drive or Picasa, you need a Google account, and your files must already be uploaded to Google Drive or to a Picasa web album.
For Dropbox, you need an account and your files must already be uploaded.
For PrintMe, no account is necessary, but your file must already be uploaded to PrintMe, and you should have a document ID for the uploaded file.
To download a file from PrintMe, you must have uploaded the file to PrintMe and received a document ID via e-mail.
If you have saved files, you can select a saved file for the product you are ordering.
Blue Star Direct makes available a specific selection of printed outputs to order online.
